About Dr. Joseph Webb
Every health system in America already knows what good care looks like. The gap is between knowing and doing — between the evidence on the page and the way care actually gets delivered on Tuesday morning. Dr. Joseph Webb has spent nearly four decades closing that gap.

Four Decades Inside the System
Dr. Webb has led across for-profit, private not-for-profit, and public safety-net health systems — the full range of conditions American healthcare leaders actually operate under. That range is why his methods travel: they were built and tested across every resource environment a health system leader is likely to face, not designed once for a single well-funded setting.
The Webb Health Equity and Sustainability Model
In 2015, Dr. Webb developed the Webb Health Equity and Sustainability Model — an evidence-based framework integrating the Triple Aim, the Chronic Care Model, and Patient-Centered Medical Home principles into a single delivery system, bounded by epidemiology, the Donabedian Model, and real community health needs assessment. It is the intellectual foundation of both his consulting practice and his book, The Remedy.
